Hi Bob,
Thanks for the new back cover to replace the damage in transit. The installation is now complete, all fixed to the side angles to hold it off the wall as shown in the photo attached.
I am not on Facebook or Google+. The roller shutter blocks the morning sun on the sliding glass door to the balcony and keeps the summer heat out.

this is a pic of the installed shutter i purchased from you, with a section of side guide as the sill the bottom batten locates in it and is an extra precaution to break in as they cant pull it out.

Hi Bob,
All good. The install went fine though the closeness of the strap tube to the timber window frame meant a bit of a hack job through the window frame jamb since the spade bit doesn’t like cutting on the edge of a piece of timber!. Working fine and has reduced the external noise which is the reason I bought them.

Hi Bob,
Have successfully installed all 4 shutters. Following the instructions and online videos made it easier to install, however it really requires 2 people to put them up. You can quote the following: " The roller shutters arrived in a good time frame and were well protected with the packaging. After reading the instructions and viewing the online videos the shutters were quite easy to put together and install. They are doing a great job of keeping the harsh westerly sun out of the house and making inside the house much cooler. After obtaining quotes from other companies to supply and install almost identical products, I managed to save hundreds of dollars by buying them online and doing the job myself".
I actually saved over $2 400 as they quoted $600 per shutter for installation. Have attached a photo of the blinds.

Not the easiest of installs, 4 metres up, but it went fine. We put a couple of fixings through the back of the headbox to the wall behind; made it all more secure. The trickiest thing was changing the motor to the other end of the head box (you’re phone advice was helpful), but we accomplished that OK. We are very happy with how it looks and works.
All in all, very pleased that we found your website. I’d be happy to recommend you to anyone.

The installation went well, the only issues I had were feeding the wire through the wall (there was a stud exactly where I wanted to feed it through), and lifting it up to position as I was installing it by myself. But I managed, and the window is now up and working very well.

Hi there, received the roller shutters on time and without a scratch. As one window shutter was quiet large, 3106 wide and 1480 high. I hired a small duck lift, (hand operated). The lift placed the shutter in position and made the job so much easier, especially with just my wife and myself doing the fitting. Our home is so much cooler now and the shutters are a great success and more then we expected.
Will be purchasing more shutters next year.

The delivery of the two shutters was without incident. They arrived undamaged. After helping with the very first one two years ago then doing the second with the help of my eldest son earlier this year, the latter two smaller shutters were very straight forward. I have included a photo of the large shutter purchased from you earlier this year and the two smaller ones only recently purchased from you. They all work without any problems.
Thank you for your prompt responses and delivery. The on-line directions were a huge help and gave clear unambiguous advice and guidance.
I have no hesitation in recommending you and your company and product. Again thanks for all your assistance.
