sorry we should have responded sooner. yes, the shouter surely did arrive. Very exciting!! Installation went well, and we love the product. Now to save for a few more. The only problem, which ended up not a problem, was the sir and weight of the package, and as the courier didn't give very much notice, my husband was not home to help with getting it off the truck. Thankfully our next door neighbour came to the rescue as I would;t have been able to lift.Not sure how to get around that one as it;s the courier part of the service, not yours, but thanks for great product. Dear Bob,
I installed one of your roller shutters over the large glass sliding door of our bedroom a couple of months ago, and have refrained from commenting until now. Of course it arrived within the week, so was under pressure to fit the unit. As a shift worker, my main aim was to darken the room, and reduce heat and noise for daytime sleeping. It certainly does both! Installation was fairly easy, as I managed to support the bottom of each rail on bricks etc, so that my wife only needed to stop the unit from falling forward. Mine is installed hard up under the eave, which makes for a clean finish with no opportunity for dust/dirt to settle on top of the headbox.
Last week a consultant was at our place quoting for internal shutters for some other windows. He couldn't believe that an online company could produce such a great end product. Will recommend Australian Online Roller Shutters for any external window covering!

I am very happy with the roller shutter. Installation was easy and it looks fantastic. I was very impressed that the shutter arrived exactly one week from ordering. If the need arises in the future for any more shutters, I will definitely be back. I also will be recommending you guys to everyone.
