Thanks for the email, they arrived safely and super quick (with-in a week).
The installation was as easy as the videos show, the step by step guide is a big help. I may have talked some neighbours into getting some for their place so I might have another order in the near future. Thanks for your follow up email. I must commend you for your professional customer service. The two shutters I ordered two weeks prior to Christmas arrived on the 22/12/2014. Both were very well packed.
Installation was a breeze and the shutters (battery operated) are working perfectly. The only trouble I had was a broken small plastic guide (damaged in transit) however you kindly posted me another on request and that arrived in the mail a few days later.
I shall provide a photo for your records shortly.
Once again, thank you for your service and follow up. This kind of service is lacking these days.

Hi Bob,
The shutter arrived in good time and condition. When specifying the size, I provided an exact measurement for the opening as it was a reveal fitting. It had been my expectation that a fitting clearance would be applied in manufacture but instead the shutter was made to that size. Fortunately I was fitting in a plaster lined situation and was able to make suitable adjustment. I would suggest that it should be detailed in your measuring instructions to allow a 2mm tolerance for installation, particularly for brickwork reveal applications.
Now that I am aware of how you set your manufacture, I will make my own allowance and will have no problem with ordering shutters from your company again.

G’day Bob.
Shutter arrived earlier than expected well packed and as ordered (sometimes a shot in the dark when ordering over the internet). It has been installed but due to customer restrictions I cannot include a photo. It has successfully solved an issue we had with space in an electrical switch room and satisfied the customers’ requirements for a reasonable cost.
It will be an option we will use again in the future should the need arise.

Thanks for your email. The replacement parts arrived without any damage, and fitting them plus the shutter installation proved relatively easy even for the big roller slightly over 3m in width. In hindsight I should have chosen one of the smaller openings I intend covering to get experience installing - but the huge benefit in less heat build up in the room with the covering was well worth the effort. I’d rate the website, installation video / instructions and delivery nine out of ten – partly because I never vote ten out of ten for anything!
