The Roller–Kit is design to assist the
curtain when moving up and down in the guide by creating less drag. This can be done after you have installed your roller shutter.
The position of the Roller–Kit is determined by space left in the headbox, when the curtain is in the fully up position.
When the curtain is fully up you can then mark the position of the Roller–Kit on the Endplate.
If you have a cover plate at the motor end of the head box covering the wiring and limit switches of the motor you will need to cut part of it out to allow the Roller of the Roller-Kit to protrude through.
Then put the curtain fully down and drill the 2 holes required to fix the Roller-Kit, this is required each end of the headbox.
Box end entry roller needs to be install on the end plate as pictured and not installed on the cover plate.
